Instructions:

  2. In a skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the chicken thighs and cook until browned on both sides.
  3. Pour the teriyaki sauce over the chicken, reduce the heat to low, and simmer for about 10-15 minutes, basting the chicken occasionally with the sauce.
